Hello Javed, Yes recently they have launched a Mediterranean villa project at Thoraipakkam, a 10 minute drive from Adyar, a premium residential and commercial hub in south Chennai. The project encompass 89 villas that will come up in over six acres of land. The thematic villas, each designed as a two-storey structure and will have large open spaces and facilities of a luxury project.

How is the price range of the villas ?? Any other special facilities ?

@Supratim: Each villa has a built-up area of 2,700 sq ft with four bedrooms and two family rooms. It offers a private landscaped garden overlooking the living and dining area, a private terrace that doubles up as party area and these villas in the heart of the city will cost Rs 5-6 crore. :)
