what is the permissible floors in a 60x40 apartment ?

Q: The builder has constructed G+3 floors in a 60x40 site with a cellar parking. Is the number of floors (G+3) legal in 60x40 site ? Please advice.

Hello, Even I saw a building in 60x40 has 8 units, is it legal ?
I also went & enquired in BBMP office as per the norms they can give maximum 4 kitchens and in the 60x40 no basement is allowed. Leagally can build stilt (only for parking)+GF+FF+SF. Any suggestions to proceed further ?

Hello Ramprasad, It is permissible to build G+4 floor structure on a 60x40 site in Bangalore, if the builder is having all necessary approvals.

Yes it is legal. But before booking check all the documents provided by the builder with the help of a legal expert. . If you are taking home loan then it is well and good as in the process of home loan all the documents will be check by the banks people and they will guide you if there is any problem with the paper.
