Yes, that is true. Before, the yamuna expressway area was mostly for people who wanted to invest money and wait for prices to grow. But now it is changing fast. There are schools, colleges, and hospitals nearby, so more families are starting to live there.

Projects like ACE Yamuna Expressway are making the area better with nice homes and good facilities. So it is not just for investment anymore, it is also a good place to live with family.

Hi, well yes there is the distance factor, low residential population on yamuna Expressway that make is invetsment destination.. the F1 Circuit and Night Safari also added to that image as a place for holiday and relaxing..

Yamuna expressway was thought to be a residential area espectially after the F1 track by Jaypee group, but it will take tiem as the people are still opting for noida, greater noida and noida expressway. Yamuna expressway is like the invetsment place with future benefits.
