Latest Answer: Now the project is in no light because all of its features they highlighted has been removed. Project is reduced to 25 Acre and even after 1.5 year of its launched they do have land paper on their name and the project plan finalized.

Latest Answer: Hi Zoya, As per my knowledge, At the time of booking- 20% you have to pay as per down payment plan with 12%rebate. Within 75 days - 63%+car parking+PLC, At Possession time -5%+club membership along with other charges. Applicable service tax is to be paid with every installment.
