It is a very prime residential locality located North of Pune and well connected with the other parts of the city. Transport facility is also good in this locality. It will become a high profile area in near future. There are some good school and hospitals such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sharad Pawar International School and Shri Seva Clinic, Vedant Hospital, Nirmaya Clinic etc.
