I have booked a 2 BHK house in this project, Want to know more about the builder and the project.

Q: From Investment point of view how good is this project and overall feedback about the builder.

Are they going to provide Completion certificate and Occupancy certificate? What about A Khata?

As per my knowledge, the builder is going to provide Completion certificate but not Occupancy certificate. About A Khata I am not so sure.

It is really necessary and important to have the occupancy certificate. Need expert advice.

It is a document given by the local authority that certifies that the building construction is legal and approved by the various government authorities.

It is advisable that home buyers should not occupy the building without occupancy certificate.

Hey Guys,
I had gone there today and he quoted me 3800/- per square feet.
Further, there are no flats available in A block but there are few 2 BHKs available in Block B which builder is claiming to be completed by Dec, 15. Pl. suggest me if I shall go ahead and book it. Pl. suggest about builder

I cannot comment about the project as i have no idea but Sarjapur road is one of the fast developing localities in Bangalore with good connectivity to IT hubs. Due to many residential establishments and upcoming IT companies, the area has seen an upward demand by the denizens of Bangalore. I think it will alwyas be fruitful to invest in this locality.

Hi Vivek, There is hardly any information available about the builder over the internet. How much they are rate per sqft they quoted for you. They are asking 3800 per sqft for me. How was your experience?

Thats what I am trying to find out about the builder and ppl who have booked in this Project.
The are negotiating 100-150 on that rate.
