Home Loan EMI start with each slab or immediately.

Q: Hi,

Can anybdy clarify regardiong the starting of home laon EMIs. As per my understanding the banks will release payment to builder after each slab as per agreement, what about the EMIs, will they follow the same flow or begin immediately after loan approvals.

If your interested to pay only the interest you can go ahead.
If your interested to pay EMI for the portion of funds released by us you can go ahead.
If your interested to pay the EMI for the full amount sanctioned ( but not released) you can go ahead.
