Advice Required before finalizing the flat

Q: Hello all,

I am going to take a 2 BHk on rent and wanted to know how the area is, its in Bank Avenue close to 5 star chicken outlet.
I observed that there is issue of mosquitoes during the evening time. It would be great if someone could help me know about the water and electricity status.

Hey Aashay, Water problem is everywhere in Bangalore and you cannot stop it and I do not think you will face electricity problem. But I do not think it is a good idea to buy a flat or a property where mosquito issue is there. You may face serious issue later. It is always better to take a flat or an apartment where you need not have to face health hazards.
