Kaushik Bardia

Hi Kaushik,
Pune is always been on the radar for the developers. Better connectivity, IT and industrial hub makes it one of the fastest growing city in India.

Now they have decided to launch a series of high-end and affordable housing segment in Pune.

@Vasanth,
Why high-end category has never been suffered from economic slow down? What lesson should they learn from this economic slow down?

@Kaushik,
Because buyers in this category sometimes link their buying decision to interest rates. To stop such slow down they should create a product of 500 sq ft with a price tag of Rs 30 lakh and it will sell like hot cake.

Well kaushik,

Phoenix Mills has planned “Fountainhead” residential condominiums at Viman Nagar where they will build 81 units of 3/4 BHK apartments and duplexes in 2 towers of G+13 floor each.

AnandGram project by Vastushodh at Ketkawale in Pune. It offers options like 1RK, 1/2 BHK in the price range of 8-20 lacs.

Not many families can afford it because for a flat of Rs. 30 lacs, one needs an income of Rs. 50000 or so per month.
