Q: This project is not approved/sanctioned by HDFC bank. So please let me know if B wing of this project of 6 floor is legal or not.
Latest Answer: Hi Bhushan, I have talked with the builder and its representative as well they told me that they have got approvals from HDFC, Axis and ICICI for housing loan. Better, you should visit the office and check the paper. If it is not possible then check with the HDFC Bank. For 6th floor approval, only local body will give you the right information. If you ask the builder & their representative, they will say yes, because they have to sell their units.

Q: Do you have any idea why Pristine Properties, Jalan Group & Maple Group projects are getting delayed now days. I heard many projects are pending for possessions or delayed for many years. Neo City wagholi Pune, Pristine Ivy Estate Pune, Jalan Aura City Pune and Maple Apla Ghar. and Pristine city Bakori Road. All projects are having issues of work delay. I know these builders are good but why these projects owners are facing problems now days. I will suggest if some one getting ready possession flat in these projects book it immediately else booking under possession in these projects then big NO.

Located under the PCMC, it is surrounded by the developing townships of Aundh and Pimple Nilakh to its west and east respectively and Thergaon and Mula River to its north and south. The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has put in all the hard work and planning in completely changing Wakad from a farming community to a industrial hub of the city.
