How authentic is this project?

Q: Hello,
Pls can anyone tell me if this project is good for investment?.Has anyone bought plots here in vivacity?..I'am looking for investment and this area near kanakapura road seems fine ..pls suggest about investing in this property?

@Afzal,Have you bought the plots here?..I inquired near by and they are quoting less price than others...any idea??

I have not bought any property yet but I have inquired about the same. I am planning for a site visit may be this Sunday if possible. Have you seen the site or thinking of booking a plot there?

Hey @Afzal, What about the bank and other approvals? What is the booking amount?

Cynosure Vivacity is known to be approved by BMICAPA, (Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Area Planning Authority) and banks like LIC and Indiabulls. For a 30x40 plot the price is Rs 17.40 lakhs and for a 30x50 plot it is Rs 19 lakhs excluding registration. For booking you have to pay the entire amount and go for registrations.

Hello People, Where exactly is the project located I am looking for a good plotted development in Bangalore West. Also provide me the price details of the plots.

The project is located on the main road connecting Kumbalgodu ( On Mysore Road) and Thathaguni ( On Kanakapura Road). It is 5 mins drive from Mysore road and 7 mins drive from Kanakapura Road, NICE road junction. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 1450.

Hi Naresh, It think it is a good idea to buy a property in this project even I am also thinking of registering a plot now. Almost 85% of the project is sold out.
