Hello, but to convert residential property, the rate is Rs 25,333 per sq metre as land rate. and NDMC will also allow the conversion of residential into commercial property in notified areas and the land rate Rs 89,000 per sq meter.
Well Amit, the earlier rates that NDMC was following was quite high and the people did not benefit from the governments leasehold to freehold plans.. this will now help them as the rates have come down
Well this is great new indeed as the prices will come down drastically. A commercial property that used to cost Rs 19.35 lakh per square metre will now cost Rs 76,000. That will make it much easier and cheaper for the common man.
