Latest Answer: DMRC also said that the construction waste near Lalit Park belonged to East Delhi Municipal Corporation. So as municipality waste ,it their responsibility to remove it. Public Works Department (PWD) is also responsible for this. After examining some pics, NGT ordered DMRC to clean construction waste & debris from Mayur vihar to Sarai Kale Khan as well as Lalita Park & Pontoon road.

Latest Answer: Hi Gautam Das, A source at NDMC said the council was going by the bye-laws. We are sticking to the rules. The Act says a notice needs to be sent before any recovery of tax. Also, there is no stay from the court. The notices of demand that have been sent to areas are in accordance with the NDMC Act.

Latest Answer: Hello, but to convert residential property, the rate is Rs 25,333 per sq metre as land rate. and NDMC will also allow the conversion of residential into commercial property in notified areas and the land rate Rs 89,000 per sq meter.
