When can I expect the completion date ?? How is the locality ?

@Vivek: The completion date will be by sept 2014. The project is located in Ambattur. Ambattur is a very decent and peaceful residential locality. In the last few years, this locality has developed quite a bit with well known hotels and retail establishments setting up branches. It is within a 5 km radius of the Ambattur Estate IT Hub. Many schools and hospitals are at close proximity.

@Kunal: Ambattur is a very prime location having good surroundings. 0.5 Km TI School, St joseph matric school, 3 - 5 km to DAV School, Spartan School, Velammal School, Chennai Public School and SBOA School. 7 km to Valliammal College at Anna Nagar Circle, Anna Adarsh College and D.G. Vaishnava College. It is good for investmnet purpose as well due to good demand in the locality.

Hello Anil, units such as 1bhk, 2bhk are available. The price for 1bhk will be Rs 13 lakhs for Rs 324 sq ft, for 2bhk would be Rs 43 lakhs for 961 - 1159 sq ft.

@Vivek: Banks such as ICICI have approvals for home loan in this project. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 3,700.
