Q: Can any body update me on status of the project as the builder is not entering into Sale Purchase agreement after allotment in January 2012.

ERA (Adel) Cosmocity, Sector 103, Phase - III is absolutely fraud project and all that company is doing till date is collecting money from buyer and funding the their pockets and financing parent company Era Infra (which is event under tremendous debt).

We have formed a group to get the refund of our payments to the builder @30% interest. Need you be part of our group call me immediately to Sourabh 09910153069
