Hi As for your query about Skytech and Nimbus. As i am a property specailist, i would suggest not to go with any of the builders stated because both of the builders are not having a good construction of quality. if someone is looking to buy a property in that sector he can look upon the project of Ajnara, Antriksh , Mahagun and Prateek as well. All these builder have an experience of construction more than a decade and their quality is much far better than any of the builders.
Hello Sugam, As i see the projects i will say that both are good projects, connectivity too is not bad. the city center metro station is 4 kms from Skytech and 6 km from Hyde park. Both sectors are upcoming and has good projects from reputed builders as neighbors and there are parks and other amenities as well...there is just a slight difference in pricing and sizes...so you need to choose according to your requirement and budget.
@Geeta, yeah even i heard so and asked about that to the Hyde park representative. he told that there is nothing there and the Mahagun project is the neighboring project and there are shops, parks and schools in the vicinity...
Hi, Both the projects are good in terms of construction, the differentiating factor will be the price and as much as i know the Skytech is available for Rs 4800-4950 while the Hyde park is coming at Rs 5100 per sq ft. As far as connectivity is concerned both is ok ok although skytech will be just a bit more nearer..
well Yogita, a 2 bhk in Skytech Mattrot is of 1015sqft and with study is for 1150 sqft. while in NImbus hyde park it -s 915 sq ft and with study is 1080sqft. so Skytech ones are a bit more bigger and cheaper also.
Hmm... The skytech project as per its brokers will be ready for possession within this year and say that max by dec 2014 possession will be given.. the hyde park structure is ready and they say possession to be in one and half years time. so skytech possession is expected to be happening first.
