Guys It is quite calm and pollution free environment, very near to lake, 30 feet roads and 50 feet main road. Very green environment and very near to it hubs and hospitals.

Hello Komathi, this project is located in Padur. It has excellent developing area in OMR. Nearby hospital, schools. Excellent location and good connectivity to ECR & GST. Near to it park, Japanese financial city is going to come up. Strategically located for all convenience.

@Jackie: Yes 3bhk is available. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 3,500. The expected completion date will be by march 2015. The price would be Rs 60 lakhs for 3bhk (1700 sq ft)
