hey, the locality is what matters for the real estate trends to rise and fall. As far as i know, the real estate trend has been rising constantly in this part of the town as more of the residential and commercial markets are coming up and the town is witnessing some growth because of the good transportation facilities etc.

Yes, buying a house on the upcoming Western Bypass road in Coimbatore will help you in commuting till Bharatiyar University, as it will be directly connecting Palakkad with Maruthamalai.

The Western Bypass or the Western Ring Road was proposed first in 2010. Initially it was a Rs. 2.84 crore project. The road was supposed to stretch from Madukarai and Palakkad till Thudiyalur. But the residents of Thudiyalur opposed against the demolition of their homes and the project had to go in for redesign. The final plan was to extend the road till Narasimanaickenpalayam. The entire traffic bound for Ooty can be shifted to this road.

A. The proposed Western Bypass road will be a 20 km long road, from Kuniamuthur till Narasimhanaickenpalayam. It will start on Palakkad road and connect other roads like Mettupalayam road, Perur road, Marudamalai road and Thadagam road.

If you need to commute everyday to Bharatiyar University on Marudamalai road, then buying an idea on the proposed Western Bypass road is a good idea. Once construction is over, you will have a direct route to the university from your home. You will be able to avoid the city traffic if you take the Western Bypass road and reach Marudamalai in a very short time.
