@Himani: The project is located in Porur. Porur is a well surrounded locality in Chennai. Major hospitals like SRMC, MIOT is within close quarters and major schools are in and around the locality. All the facilities are available in this locality. It is good for investments as well.

Hi Subramanium, the price for 2bhk will be around Rs 40 lakhs approx for 960 sq ft. This project is located in Multi Nagar Main Road, Gerugambakkam, Porur. Porur is a very best locality and it is well connected with Sakthi Nagar. It is just 0.5 km away from Porur Roundtana and it is really a hotspot with bus stand, petrol bunk and banks. This is located nearby DLF, IT park which is an office locality for most of the IT and BPO.
