The asking price of the Luxor Apartments in Kondapur is Rs 3390 per square foot, the area of the apartments range between 1040 to 1600 square feet. The price can actually be negotiated down to Rs 2900 per square foot. The east facing apartments will cost you Rs 50 more on your square foot price.
The apartments will be available for possession from December 2014. I’ve heard that the project has already been approved by HDFC, PNB and SBI, so home loans won’t be a problem

Hey, the Luxor Apartments are actually very affordable. All the apartments are available at Rs 3400/square foot. You can get an average 2BHK apartment having a built-up area of around 1500 square feet for around Rs 40 Lakhs.
These apartments have been pre approved by HDFC bank and Punjab National Bank, so you can easily apply for a home loan. HUDA has already approved the layout plan.
I would also advise you to negotiate with the seller on the square foot price. You can bring it down to around Rs 2900/square foot

The Luxor Apartment project is one of the most popular upcoming luxury apartment projects in Hyderabad. But it won’t drain out your pocket as some other luxury apartment projects. The price range is between Rs 35 to 55 Lakhs.
The project is located in Kukatpally, which is one of the key residential localities of Hyderabad. The square foot price of these apartments is Rs 3390, which falls in the average price range of apartments in this locality, so it is quite reasonable. You can always negotiate with the seller and try to lower the price.
