Hey according to me it would be good if you buy a property from owner i.e resale one rather than builder. If its resale then you dont have to wait for anything, like possession . But if its builder you have to wait for possession date and also nowadays there are many fraud builders.
Hello Subramanya, as far as I know both has its own advantages. Also depends upon the locality you are choosing to buy either for investment purpose. Tambaram is good locality for investment purpose. You can expect around 20 to 25 perc appreciation within 3 years. If its resale property you have to spend extra money on maintaince charges and registrations. But if you are buying new property you can get latest amenities.
