Hey Shazad, You missed out Sadashivnagar. It is also treated as one of the posh locality in Bangalore. The locality became too expensive because all the politician, industrialist, movie celebrities reside there.

In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, Indiranagar price appreciated to Rs 8723 per sq. ft. In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, property price in Koramangala appreciated to Rs 8795 per sq. ft. and In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, property price inMG Road appreciated to Rs 12,000 per sq. ft.

As far as I know Indiranagar, Koramangala, and MG Road are some of the posh areas in Bangalore.

MG Road: This area is one of the busiest road and the area is lined up with retail stores,office buildings, food outlets,shops, theatres and restaurants

Koramangala: It is one of the high property priced locality in the city. The real estate market in this area has good better than any other localities in Bangalore

Indiranagar: It is a medium sized posh areas in east Bangalore. The locality is loaded with branded showrooms, pubs, restaurants and what not. Today, Indiranagar is known as an important residential and commercial hub of Bangalore.
