Please also let us know are you looking for under constuction flat or Ready possesion. Dhanori there are some under constuction flats available. check out Mayur Kilbil and other projects. I stay near to Dhanori and it is becoming very good society. Not sure about the Wagholi. Some areas in Wagholi are close to defense establishment and no fly zone and height restrictions apply.

Hi Rohit/Wasim,
I am planning to invest in 7th Heaven, however have few concerns, the builder doesn't look to be a reputed one. They are using Kamdhenu Construction Co's name who itself is not a registered member of CREDAI, furthermore I see their last project Jasmine in Pimple Saudagar was delayed by an year. All these findings are making me get little concerned about the builder and co. Let me know if you have guys have done due diligence from your end on this project.

I want to ask you that have u finally booked the flat in 7th heaven?
Can there be a possibility that the project can be stopped due to height which can create a problem for aeroplanes?
What is the reputation of the builder? is he worth buying for residential purposes?

Hi Nitesh,
7th heaven by Kamdhenu Construction Company located at Dhanori in Pune. It offers 1/2 BHK from 980-1050 sqft. The current price per sqft is Rs. 3900. It is a G+12 storeys flats consists 194 units in four towers. The booking amount will be Rs. 2 lacs.

SBI, HDFC, LIC Housing Fin. Ltd., ICICI are the leading home loan provider. Up to 3rd floor the external work has been completed and 4th floor construction has been started now.

Hi Wasim,
Dhanori is an upcoming area of Pune. It is located on the eastern side of the city and offers property at affordable rate compared to other areas of Pune. Huge development in the area has pushing the housing demand. It has a good connectivity via Nagar Road that has made this locality a preferred location among the working people. Transport facility is also good. All the basic necessities such as schools,colleges, hospitals, markets and malls are within few kilometers.
