@Pranab: This project is located in 38th Street, Nanganallur. Nanganallur is the good and decent locality and suits for family members. Locality is good in terms of safety and security. Good in transport facilities too. Having trains and bus facilities near by.

Yes so far I diddnt hear any bad review about the project. And also this is one of the best places to stay as one feels secured connected and ease of access to the city when one is desired to. There is almost everything that wanted to get it from here. The only problem is water here which will soon be alright from Aug 13.

Hello Srinivas: Units such as 3bhk for Rs. 1.13Cr for 1264 sq.ft. Nanganallur is a very decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
