@Jackie: The connectivity between Chromepet and OMR has improved since the State Highway-109 also Pallavaram-Throraipakkam Road became operational. The area is one of the stops on NH-45 which connect the main areas of Chennai such as Guindy and Nungambakkam to Chromepet.

Chromepet is also close to the Chennai International Airport, which is just 4-km from the area. It has railway station of its own which enhances its accessibility to the important areas of the city such as Chetpet, Nungambakkam, Kodambakkam, Mambalam, Guindy, Pazhavanthangal, Meenambakkam and Trisulum.

Hello Ravi, Chromepet is offering upcoming developments within budget range of around Rs 25 to 40 lakhs. This locality has gained preference because of its centralised placement. As the highway has opened up, it has improved the housing demand in the area.

@Jackie: The locality offers 2BHK flats at a starting price of Rs 27 - 28 lakh and a 3BHK flat is available for Rs 40 - 45 lakhs.
