Q: Hi, recently shifted to gurgaon from bangalore and wish to buy property here.. how are the projects of Sector 88 or 88A for Investment purpose and later on end use..
Well, i do think that the area will be one of posh locales of Gurgaon in future. The projects here are from reputed builders and even the flat sizes are quite good and big, i see that its 1200 sq ft and above for 2 BHK. The prices here are starting from 84 Lakhs and goes upto 1.7 Cr now, during the under construction phase.. these will definitely increase once the construction is completed and is given for possession.
Hi Mahek, sector 88 and 88A are located parallel to the dwarka expressway and is on either sides of the Pataudi road. The connectivity in the area is quite good as its approachable through both the roads. This one of the developing sectors of Gurgaon and is near to the IMT manesar and infact the IMT road is very near to these sectors and is approachable through the Pataudi road.
Traditionally also, good connectivity and employment opportunities nearby has resulted in the area being quite sought for residential purposes. So here also the IMT Manesar is easily approachable , in future the area will pick up and given you good returns. In the long term say in another 5 years or so the locality will pick up but as of now this is a long term investment destination
Well the social infrastructure is still developing only and you will not get brands or reputed names here now but the area has some good schools and hospitals in the area and many reputed builders with good projects and townships having all basic facilities within the complex… so once these projects are ready and functional you will have all facilities within reach. The Govt. Schools is nearby on pataudi road and so is the Indus valley public school and St.Pauls School.. sri sai hospital and Yash nursing home are nearby and some other hospitals like Shree balaji, SRS hospital and Pratiksha hospital are easily approachable by the Pataudi road.
