Latest Answer: If you are interested to invest why don't you choose some other sector, I'm not saying sec-66 is not good but matter here project which may be not reliable. In other hand if you move on NH-8, you will get various of property which is opened for investment. Railway station, metro station, malls and schools, all these are just few km away from NH-8. Locality and areas are surrounded by all kinds living facilities. You know very well if you are investing in township, you don't need to worry about facilities. Township always comes with mix society that means in one place all living facilities will be provided. In addition health care and schools also. Here vatika inxt has introduced a township which is known as Vatika INXT city just 29 or 30 minute far from sector 66. But you didn't discuss here in which property you are looking for investment..?

Q: Is sector 99 a good area to invest in?? How is this sector and what kind of appreciation can i see??
Latest Answer: Almost all Gurgaon sectors are developed and some are on the way of development. If you talk about sector 99, total sector area is spread over in 270 acres. The big advantage here it is just 15 minute drive from international airport and few minute drive from NH-8, locality and area is good. I think you can go here with Vatika Group. Here it has launched Sovereign Park, a luxurious residential option for investment. Appreciation of the property is good and prices are increasing day by day because of the upcoming Dwarka Expressway. Better connectivity to Delhi is increasing the land price in sec. 99.

Q: Hi, I was looking at a couple of project in Sector 89 and 89A.. How is the area and is this sector good??
Latest Answer: Off course it will increase, but the way real estate developers are developing their projects, I don't think so it will decrease, rather will be more expensive. yes some times elections matters.

Latest Answer: where is the ideal place to buy apartment flats whether its sector 82 or sector 70 in gurgaon. builder floor is good or apartment flats which one will have more resale. Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
