DSR Reganti is an ongoing project spread over 2 acres of land with 120 units ( 3 & 4 bhk). GHMC and banks like Axis, SBI, IDBI, HDFc has approved the project.

Madhapur is a locality in Hyderabad that is right in the middle of its IT hub. It consists of the IT SEZ-rich Hitech City, as well as the residential areas surrounding it.

Madhapur has some very good schools and higher educational institutes. Since it has emerged as a fast developing residential locality, the demand for good schools around here is high. Quite a number of international schools are prominent in this area.

Madhapur is slowly coming on to the map for commercial real estate as well as residential.

You should certainly think of investing in this project. The project is in a very good location, and the rates in this area are going up constantly. The apartment complex has good amenities like gym, jogging track, spa, swimming pool, and guest rooms. es, it is a very good idea to invest in the project. The DSR Reganti is in Madhapur, which is where the main IT industry is. The area is one of the prime locations of Hyderabad, and is near to Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills. The apartment is very close to Hitec City, and is only one kilometre from Mind Space.
You can buy an apartment in this project as prices are increasing all the time, and it would be a very good project to invest in. DSR Reganti offers 4BHK apartments of 3033-3333 sq.ft.
starting at Rs. 1.75 crores.
