You will find such kind of high end luxurious homes in Bangalore in areas such as Sadashivnagar, Lavelle Road, MG Road, Benson Town, Cunningham Road, Kormangala, Jakkur Road, JP Nagar, Indiranagar etc.

I do not think then it will be a good idea to buy such kind of property for investment purpose. Any thoughts over it?

The interiors will not be the same neither these kind of high end luxurious homes are not so easily available for rent like regular houses. For such kind of properties there is no change in property prices. Though there are not much takes for such kind of homes but they are happy with even 10% appreciation they earn from the property. :) :)
