What is the price in this project and are any negotiations possible?

Well the basic sale price is Rs 4050/sqft +other charges and for a 1000 sqft 2 bhks the price will be approx Rs 40 L and a 3 bhk of 1250sq ft will be around Rs 50 L.

which all banks are financing this project???

Krishna, i was told that all private banks will finance the project upto 80%.. but the executive was not sure if any nationalized banks are financing too.

The 1000 trees select is in Sohna, before the town and on the highway.. its approximately 10 kms from the Gurgaon border and about 20-22kms from Rajiv chowk. The project s on the 4 lane highway that is soon to be made into a 6 lane highway. The project enjoys excellent connectivity and comes with a variety of facilities on a 10 acres township with G+19floors.

Well the builder is new in Gurgaon though not in the cities of Dehradun and other tier II and II cities. The builder has another project in Gurgaon which is also under construction. I think though not at par with big names in the industry, this builder is an average builder with ok constructions.

The construction has not yet started and possession will take 3-4 years after work commences...
