Supertech has bought this land from Parsvnath.The project is located in almost the center of the sector and is accessed from the road passing through Badshahpur village from Sohna road. The project is yet to receive utility infrastructure like water, sewage and drainage pipelines and is expecting it soon as the work is already in progress by HUDA in the vicinity. Although the developer stated to deliver to the project in the mid fo 2018 but delivery history of Supertech is not that great. Moreover the sector is located in the city outskirts, thus reaching to city level amenities will be difficult for the residents. You can read a blog on this project for nice review at:

What kind of appreciation is expected in this project & in what timeframe ?

Well Manish, the area is very well located and with excellent connectivity and the property is sure to appreciate in the future. This is amongst the developing sectors and in a time frame of 5-6 years after the projects are completed and other facilities come up this will be a good livable area.

Location is good with proposed metro station nearby and access to Sohna road and NH8 as well as the Faridabad and golf course extension road.so connectivity is very good. Amenities provided include modular kitchen, designer flooring, spacious balcony and air conditioned flats as well as club, swimming pool,gym, jogging tracks , community hall and kids play area.

Hi Manisha, the builder representative advised that the project has all the relevant approvals in place and also has been approved by all the banks both nationalized and private for loans. so i think that the project is safe. you can get the papers accessed by a legal expert to be doubly sure.

Well, the price varies with the plans that you opt. its RS 6800/ sqft if you go in for teh PLP plan, its 7200 under subvention scheme and RS 7000/sqft for the CLP plan.

well , they have 1180sqft,1430sqft and 1765sqft sizes and was just launched last week so construction has not started and the possession will anyways take about 4 years.
