Hi Rajiv,
It is a an exclusive luxury residential project by Pharande Spaces located at Punavale. It is the latest real estate investment destination in burgeoning west Pune. The major reasons are its proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and some infrastructure development in the locality made this location the top-most property investment location of Pune. Since, West Pune is still in developing phase, a lot of new infrastructure facilities are underway to speed up investment sentiments. It provides connectivity to Pune’s major industrial and manufacturing hubs. All these sectors are creating a large number of jobs, and this in turn, is creating very high real estate demand. The real estate market here, is delivering the highest returns on investment.
