Hi, We too invested in High Land Crest project 3 years back. This week, I got a call from the Highland sales team informing project being scrapped. They want the people who already booked to take their money back with interest.
We seems to be cheated. These guys may reopen the bookings with high rates. In case, Any one has booked the flats here, please get in touch so that we can collectively decide the next action

Hi Prashant,
Better, buyers do tend to check the reputation of a developer, before buying a property in their project, so it is natural for developers to be nervous about their online reputation. But, an easier way to regain the trust of the buyer would be through timely delivery of projects.

Nice thought Mr. Ravi,
It will be beneficial for both the sides. But in India it is not possible at all. Here even Govt doesn't work synchronized with their departments. A number of projects are pending just because of asynchronization. And that Govt policies sometimes resist Developers to deliver the project in time.

Hi Renuka,
Even i was planning to buy and had a word with the developer and he said that the project is not sanctioned by the local bodies and it will take some time. Even the booking is not going on for this project.
