Latest Answer: I have booked a flat in Phase 2 N tower. As builder promised possession on Sept 2018 but there is no sign of it. Can anyone have the latest update or just a guess when they can start possession in pHase 2 tower N

Q: They are a set of fraud people. Since past years they claim to complete this project.
But it is at same status. They will force you for early registration after which you are responsible for your incomplete flat.
They doing advertisement of luxury flats and amenities. They have nothing more than hollow flat and congested parking.
Their is no children park.no gym, no party hall. They has constructed 6 unauthorized flats of more than Rs 2 crore on top floor and no set back area. Which leads to huge deviation.
On above all this they took our Rs 3 lakh and not refunding the money.They are Fraud. No completion certificate, no power back up.This is current commitment,their list of promises decreasing every single day.as you will investigate more you will know more may.
Beware before you give single penny to these fraudsters!

Q: Delhi High Court said that builders are liable to pay compensation for delaying delivery of property.

Latest Answer: Hi, From now, builders cannot charge the same without offering any justification until or unless these hidden/extra charges form an essential part of the contract within the knowledge of customer or else the builder would be liable to compensate purchasers for financial and physical sufferings caused to them.

Q: Do you have any idea why Pristine Properties, Jalan Group & Maple Group projects are getting delayed now days. I heard many projects are pending for possessions or delayed for many years. Neo City wagholi Pune, Pristine Ivy Estate Pune, Jalan Aura City Pune and Maple Apla Ghar. and Pristine city Bakori Road. All projects are having issues of work delay. I know these builders are good but why these projects owners are facing problems now days. I will suggest if some one getting ready possession flat in these projects book it immediately else booking under possession in these projects then big NO.

Now-a-days no of residential apartments in the recent past has increased at an exponential rate with more than 20000 apartments are under construction in the state capital itself. In the absence of any policy framework, builders were violating norms and duping a large chunk of customers.

Q: progress is very slow. i doubt builder will finish commitment.

Q: Any information about Highland Crest thane project. is it genuine or fraud project?
Latest Answer: Hi, We too invested in High Land Crest project 3 years back. This week, I got a call from the Highland sales team informing project being scrapped. They want the people who already booked to take their money back with interest. We seems to be cheated. These guys may reopen the bookings with high rates.
