The cruel irony of the situation is that on one hand, JMD Ltd boasts of building successful commercial projects like JMD Regent Square (it is building new projects like JMD Empire & JMD Suburbio) but on the other hand it has delivered such a poor quality in JMD Gardens project & has failed to fix them for three years. On one hand, JMD is running two premium hotels like Hilton DoubleTree & Hilton GardenInn in Gurgaon but on the other hand it provides such pathetic maintenance & security services to the residents of JMD Gardens.

Hi, Here is what my research says. JMD Parkway is a new addition to existing campus of JMD Gardens. Actually, this is just a new building, entire common area like gardens, roads, etc is shared with JMD Gardens. I think, JMD has used a name Parkway to avoid the bad name it has earned in the JMD Gardens project.
Possession of JMD Gardens project was given 3 to 4 years late (in phases). Some of the key deficiencies of the project are seepage in the building shafts, seepage in basement and poor quality lifts (which breakdown frequently). Security provided by JMD Maintenance is extremely poor and it employs underage as well as very old personnel. Stray dogs keep roaming in the campus and no effort is made by the JMD’s security to remove them.
JMD is also unable to sell most of its penthouses in this project. That's why both studio apartments & penthouse are still under construction, despite of getting occupancy certificates of all the towers in Mar 2012.
well i dont think there will be any problems in getting loan for serviced apartments.. As much as i know banks like hDFC,LIC,ICICI and SBI are giving loans in this project
Hello Parth, Are you looking out to buy serviced studio apartments??? if yes, please do go through the different clauses and other details before you enter into an agreement . There is no doubt good demand for serviced studios but please read through before you take a final call.
Hi Shree, i think these have service apartments as well as 3 BHk and 4 bhks.. the 3 bhks are of 1875 Sq ft and costs approx Rs 1.5Cr. the 4 bhk size is around 2100 sqft. But i have not heard about this builder.... how is the builder???
Hi Indranil, i was advised by the brokers in the area that the builder is ok and their construction quality is good. the builder has mainly dealt with commercial projects and that might be the reason for you not hearing about this builder
