Q: Hi, Why is the Pune real estate market has gone through many phases to reach the growth path?

Hi all, I think Pune is emerging as an economical housing hub, with Rs 30-40 lakh budget range reigning over all other budget categories in terms of demand.Localities situated in suburbs are direct the roost in the affordable housing segment.

The luxury homes class has been increasing in Pune’s real estate market and many large players have entered with their projects because of this the demand of luxury homes are decreasing and the develioper has decided to shift into affordable housing. This is thwe only sector where the greatest demand lies.

It has also seen that In the city’s suburb, where many manufacturing companies have established their business, blue-collar buyers are asking for affordable properties. With inflow of people coming to Pune from different parts of the country for jobs and studies, the demand for property is on constant rise.
