Hi when you got the registration done ? What is the guideline value for this project. As they are asking for registration charges as per guideline value Rs2100. But i am not able to get any where news about increase in guideline value . Please revert back and if possible please provide your contact no .Its urget Thanking you Hariom
Hi I registered nov 2014... i think the guideline value was 1750, but when i visited in dec i came to know the guideline value increased to 2100, pretty surprise how come the value increase in a months time. To know the reality you may check in registrar office in avadi.... But i believe newry always clear and gives the proper info to their customers.... In case if you have an idea buying in celestial, i think you are taking a right decision...
