I bought 3bhk 1335 sq ft at Newry Celestial, infact i thought of buying VGN HAZEL.... luckily i come across celestial....
Positive note ... happy to buy from them, work much faster then expected.

when you got the registration done ? What is the guideline value for this project. As they are asking for registration charges as per guideline value Rs2100. But i am not able to get any where news about increase in guideline value . Please revert back and if possible please provide your contact no .Its urget

I registered nov 2014... i think the guideline value was 1750, but when i visited in dec i came to know the guideline value increased to 2100, pretty surprise how come the value increase in a months time.
To know the reality you may check in registrar office in avadi....
But i believe newry always clear and gives the proper info to their customers....
In case if you have an idea buying in celestial, i think you are taking a right decision...

Hi all, as per new guidance value 2013 was 1750 per sq ft and these is the latest guidance value by TN govt. can u help me out what is the current value , Is any new guidance value is published by govt?

Hey guys also because of new apartments and residential townships are getting inside to Poonamallee and national highway ring road. Projects are ongoing now and newly announced sub town ship in poonamallee. :)

@Gurmeet: Poonamalli is a very happening place, developing very fast. It lies on the Bangalore High Way and happens to be the west entrance for the city. It is good for investment purpose also as It has connected with lot of villages and industrial area like Sriperumbutur, Oragadam, Sunguvarchattram, Tiruvallur, Avadi, Ambuttur Poonamallee is junction point.

Hello Murali: units such as 2bhk and 3bhk for 36 lakhs to 45 lakhs for 1035 - 1112 sq ft and 1033 - 1390 sq ft. Poonamallee is very fast developing area due to the latest connectivity to outer ring road, bus depot, share auto's frequency, proposed mono rail etc. :)
