How many villas are coming up in this project and what is the sizes? Can I get some more info about the project?

The project will have 89 semi-independent Mediterranean villas at 2700 Sqft. Built up area on 2100 sqft. land area.Villas are spread over 6 acres of land. each villa will have private garden and other modern amenities.

@Joydeep: Thoraipakkam has become a residential as well as commercial hub for the builders and developers of Chennai. Mostly all flats in Thoraipakkam are in the 2 BHK to 4 BHK configurations. Even after such developments property prices are affordable when compared to posh localities like Velachery. As far as I know it will be good for investment purpose as well.

@Joydeep: he ROI has witnessed an increase of 5 to 10% q-o-q. Average apartment prices in this locality range from Rs. 4,500/- to 5,800/- per sq. ft. Average land prices are Rs. 4,500/- to 6,500/- per sq. This locality has close proximity to OMR & IT Corridor. :)

Hey Murali: the project is located in Kamarajar nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Thoraipakkam. Thorapakkam is a very calm locality. It is nearby market, vegetable market, petrol bunk, main junction, temple, bus stop,Transport facility is also good in this locality.
