@Vatsa, Agreed, if not given the keys at the right time i.e December'2016. But the construction work in full swing visited the site few days back. I think they should be able to live upto expectations of user. Project is approved by SBI, OBC, HDFC, Indiabulls Home Loan, Axis Bank, ICICI etc.

The latest information about the project is that it offers 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments. 1BHK in 442 sq-ft. 2BHK in 585 sq-ft and 3BHK in 798 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 2800/sq-ft. It is a G+6 storeys apartments consists 7 blocks.
@Srikumar, The current property rate in the locality is Rs 2700-3200/sq-ft. Similar properties in the area are Hillock Towers, Daffodils Avenue, Orchid City, Angel Hills etc. and the nearby projects are Roman Hills, Tennessee, Lakeshore Residency, Eagles Nest Villas etc.
