K R Puram offers both ready-to-move-in as well as under construction property within a range of Rs 30-60 lakh. You can get a 3 bhk property in Mahadevpura ranging from Rs Rs 50-70 lakh while the same would cost anything from 1.2 -3 crore in Indira Nagar. You can easily get a 2BHK within Rs 30-50 lakh range while a 3BHK anywhere between Rs 50 and 80 lakh.
Hi Afzal, If you do not have a fixed budget and you are ready to compromising on the name tag of your locality. Then you can go for areas like Marathahalli, K R Puram and Mahadevpura.
I agree with Mr Venu....These localities are situated around 7-8 kms from Indiranagar and they offer properties almost at half the cost Indiranagar is offering. These localities are also well connected to IT hub of Whitefield and also have good social infrastructure.
In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, the locality price appreciated to Rs 8723 per sq. ft. As per the DNA-IMRS survey of Bangalore’s Best Localities, indiranagar is the best and top most region to reside in out of 20 regions. It is a posh region where new commercial areas like 100 feet Road & CMH Road are booming up. It is considered to be one of the costliest regions according to numerous surveys. The region is blooming up day by day and is a high value area. Hence, the real estate prices are rising steeply. Indira Nagar has become one of the high street of Bangalore City, which has lead to the tremendous escalation in the property prices here.
