Yes Pranab, also Miyapur is very peaceful residential locality with good roads and schools and hospitals. It is developing into a major residential, educational, transportation and commercial hub. It is designated as a high-rise zone and the demand for real-estate has increased.

Hey Pradeep: Miyapur Development is a very good locality in Hyderabad City. Miyapur to Bollarum Road is a well developing & fast growing residential area and It has all facilities with a surrounding of 2 to 3 kms and just 20 minutes journey to Hi-Tech City. Metro rail is a landmark for Miyapur.
