Well Bhawna, this project is under construction and in the finishing stages actually.. i have heard that the possession will be given in another 6 months time maximum.
The locality of Neharpar is a developing locality and the brokers in the area foresee much developments within a year, the roads are being built and there is no other problems as such.
Geeta, there are 3 bhks that are available at approx Rs 57 lakhs and banks have approved the project, both private and nationalized ones like LIC, ICICI,HDFC, SBI etc etc.
Well Geeta, i do not see any any problems in investing here as these projects have been developed by RP society and there are government approvals in place. As far as i know there is a multi storied project called savanna and RPS farms which are G+2 floors builder floor type.
Hey, i will suggest that you take the help of lawyers while investing in Faridabad as there are many cases of disputed property and agricultural farms being sold off.. so please do take proper precautions and check all approvals and papers by lawyers before investing your hard earned money.
