Hi, I am planning to buy residential land in neharpar area. My requirement is from 100 yards to 150 yards.

Q: But I am little worried to invest as am not able to judge the genuine deal. Please help.

Hi Mr Singh,
As per my knowledge, you should directly deal with the builder. Check all necessary documents ,approvals etc. As you are choosing Neharpar which is a prime location ,here expected return will be definitely good.

From my observation, Parv R P Society & BKR Golden City, Near Lingayas University, are the projects fits your requirement.
