which are the builder and projects that are coming up in this sector?

Hi deep.. prominent builders like Godrej, ATS and Puri constructions have come up with projects in sector 104 which are on various stages of Construction. Some of the projects are:
Godrej Summit Phase I, Gurgaon
M2K Beaumonde, Gurgaon
ATS Triumph
Puri Emerald Bay, Gurgaon

What has been the price trend in the area and what are the appreciation chances here??

Well Mr khan, the prices are in the range of Rs 6900- Rs 7500 per sqft and there are some projects by reputed builders that have come up in the area.

How is the social infrastructure like the schools and hospitals in the area. Are there offices nearby where i resettle with house and job nearby?

Well there are many schools and colleges here like the Government school, Living hope school, Blue bells model school and Shanti Niketan public school etc.. there are a couple of colleges like the Guru gram business school, Shree balaji college, Anupam college of engineering as well as Dhronacharya Govt college that are nearby.

Mr Khan, there is the government hospital at Dhanwantpur village that is nearby as well as Prateek hospital, Varsha hospital, Jeevan Dhara hospital and Columbia Asia hospital that is easily approachable.

As far as offices are concerned, there is the laxman vihar industrial estate that is nearby as well as many commercial areas that houses offices of different companies.

sector 104 in Gurgaon is quite near to the dwarka expressway and the developed sectors of gurgaon. this sector consists of dhanwanpur village. shankar vihar, Tech chand nagar etc and is is proximity of the gurgaon railway station.. there has excellent connectivity by both the sector roads and the expressway. traveling to dwarka and other parts of Delhi as well as to Gurgaon and Manesar is very easy from this sector

Sure but i heard that the HUDA sewage treatment plan is very near to sector 104 of gurgaon.. i am not sure but will this have any adverse effect on the residents?

Well i would go for Sector 68. Along with connectivity another preference would be Higher returns on my investment and Sector 68 and nearby areas will prove it
