Quite a few hospitals are also in and around this place. Like th Ashakiran hospital , Supriya hospital, shruthi clinic, Swashtya Ayurveda Centre and many other high level and low level hospitals all offer good healthcare and treatment to its patients

Around this area where Smart Spaces Two is located there are some temples and churches present. They are Chowdeshawari Temple, Infant Jesus Church Hinkal, Yoganarasimhaswamy temple, Holy Family Church and many others are around where all the religious folks can go out and pray.

There are a couple of bus stops around here which connects all the parts of the city and are punctual to an extent. You can catch the buses at any of the several bus bays around here. S R S Colony Bus stop, Hinka Bus stop and many others are the ones you would want to walk to.

Also you know there is this street called the Vijayanagara Chat Street where a number of vendors serve myriad of awesome chats. The variety that they come up with is simply awesome. If you buy this house, make sure to visit here often.

I am a foodie and so I hope to help the other foodies around here with the mention of a couple restuarants around here. Places like Savi Ruchi, Hotel Highway 18, LOBO's Courtyard, Food Planet and several other restuarants offer mouthwatering propositions at a reasonable price.

I think the previous replies miss the information on the completion dates of the project. So I will fill that up here. This project by Smart Spaces India will be made available for possession on th November of 2015 which is still far away.

Smart Spaces Two is an apartment project in the Vijaya Nagar area of Mysore. The project is constructed by Smart Spaces India, and once completed the project will have 448 units in total. The project is located in Vijaya Nagar 4th stage, near the Ring Road. The project has 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments and the cost per sq. feet is Rs. 2500. You can purchase the 1BHK apartment for around Rs. 12 lakhs, the 2BHK apartment for around Rs. 20 lakhs, and the 3BHK apartment for around Rs. 28 lakhs. Vijaya Nagar is one area in Mysore which is seeing a lot of development because of its proximity to the IT corridor, and good connectivity through the Ring Road and Hunsur Road
