Hey, you can get a 2 bhk apartment here in between the range of 1200 square feet to 1308 square feet. The area for 3 bhk is 1500 square feet. The price is also not very exagerated. The price for 2 bhk starts from 34.80 lakhs onwards. For 3 bhk it is around 43.50 lakhs onwards.

The Astrum Grandview offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. I came to know that they provide very good facilities like a 3-tier security, large open spaces, club house, indoor as well as outdoor games facilities, ample parking space, and also play area for kids.

not only that, this project is surrounded by good natural beauty. It is in the green zone. It is located very near to the scenic beauty of the Dalvoy Lake. You can also very easily see the Chamundi hills from here.

the Astrum Grandview is actually very strategically situated in the Mysore-Nanjangud Road, which is NH-212. This road has the speciality of becoming a four lane very soon. Astrum Grandview is also very closely located to mysore palace (only 5 km from here), JSS Multi Speciality hospital (3 km), Mall of Mysore, and Golf Club at 3 km distance. Mysore Airport is just 3.6 km from here.

hai folks, as far as i know Astrum Grandview is mysore's first FDI funded residential development. The project is undertaken by the Astrum Homes Real estate development company. It is marketed by Leon Property consultancy. The project covers an area of around 9 acres in Bandipalya.

Exactly, the project is undertaken by foreign investors for the first time in mysore. the project was the concept of the florida based, architectural company called the Roger Fry & associates. It has a detailed designing by india's 'low enery sustainable architecture company also, which is called Ashok B Lall Architects.
