Q: Just had a question here..Is the price in Ansal Forte really 1.25 crores as has been asked by a seller recently...As per my understanding the current price in the area is 3800-4000 psft...which translates to approx 76 Lakhs for a1900 sqft apartment...Best case for furnised apartment is 80 Lakhs...

Hi, The price trends going on in this area is Rs 4200 per sqft but the seller quoting the price for the apartment is quite high. May be he thought that post election the property prices are going to touch the sky... He he he he
