As far as I know Mokila is that most of it is residential development versus being spurred by any company starting operations in the area. Has potential to develop as a premium Residential area due to the various gated Villa, Apartment and Plotted ventures in the area.

@Pranab: The project is approved by HMDA. Amenities such as they are providing club house, electricity,grocery store, shopping complexes are provided in this project. That's why they are quoting the price so high.
Hey Ramesh, as far as I know Aparna western meadows is not yet launched. They are planning to launch next month. The plots sizes are such as 40, 160, 300, 400, 500 sq yards. The price per sq ft is around Rs 10,000.
