You can choose a 3BHK apartment of 1185 sq. ft or of 1775 sq. ft. All the rooms in the house will get vitrified tiles, while the bathrooms will have antiskid ceramic tiles. The main door's frame is made of teak wood, and the windows are all made of aluminium. The bathroom fittings are Jaguar, Sera or Hindware. The apartment building is earthquake resistant and is an RCC framed structure. The apartment has a garden, semi-automatic lift, children's play area, security, and 24 hour backup.
