V.V Mohalla locality review

Q: Hello, I heard from my friends that V.V Mohalla is one of the better areas in Mysore. I'm looking for a place to invest in. Can someone tell me more about the locality so I can decide for myself?

Hey, the power situation in V. V. Mohalla might improve pretty soon. The Ministry of Power has recently approved Mysore’s first ever smart grid pilot project. The residential areas of V. V. Mohalla like Jayalakshmipuram, Vinayaka Nagar, Gokulam, and so on, will be covered by the smart grid project

V. V. Mohalla, along with the whole of Mysore has been suffering from severe power shortages since the Chamundeswari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) is currently under severe power shortage. The conditions are even worse in the rural areas falling under the jurisdiction of the Mysore city Corporation (MCC).

It is located near the heart of Mysore, and the land value is also good. The prices here are sure to go up, and you will definitely get good returns on your investments. Now that Bangalore is getting too crowded, many people are shifting to Mysore, so this would be the right time for you to invest.

I totally agree with you. It is one of the best areas in Mysore. You have everything from schools and hospitals to cafes and restaurants in that place. If you go along Kalidasa road, you can find many places to chill out on the weekends too.

Hey man, I live in that area. I can tell you with absolute certainty that this is a great place not only to invest, but also to reside. It is a well-planned area, and you have everything that you could want within a short distance.
